QuickTime® X is a multimedia architecture that was released with Mac OS® X 10.6 (Snow Leopard®) in 2009. In this article, we explain how to transfer your videos onto your iPhone® or iPod® using QuickTime® X. As you’ll see, the method is simple and intuitive.

Video Transferring using QuickTime® X:

  1. Open the movie in the QuickTime® Player.
  2. Click “Share” in the main navigation bar and select “iTunes”.
  3. Choose the device you want to view the video on (in our case “iPhone & iPod“).
  4. Click on the "Share" button.
